This online program aims to provide the opportunity for health, and other professionals with primary health care responsibilities to gain knowledge and understanding of primary health care that will enable leadership in this field. It provides a focus on the knowledge and behaviour required to be a primary health care provider in a changing community environment. Key knowledge areas include service delivery applying primary health care principles, health promotion, epidemiology, socio-political and health issues for aged care, mental health in communities, collaborative inquiry, supporting individuals and communities in crisis, leadership and change.
