Study pathways
Further studies are available. Master of Teaching degrees available. Deans Scholar available. Students wishing to be primary school teachers or secondary school teachers of English, History, Languages or Human Society and its Environment (which includes both history and social science units), may enrol in the Bachelor of Arts and, after completing their degree, enrol in the 1-year specialist Master of Teaching (Secondary) or Master of Teaching (Primary) degree. The psychological studies major offered within the Bachelor of Arts does not fulfil the Psychology Board of Australia and Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) requirements for a three-year sequence in psychology. Students wishing to enrol in an accredited psychology sequence need to complete the psychology key program of 200 credit points.
