This program is designed to meet the academic requirements of the Australian Property Institute (Certified Practicing Valuer) and will enable students to pursue a career as a valuer. Please note: The Australian Property Institute requires that a candidate's first degree be a 'partially qualifying degree' which covers related disciplines such as Commerce, Business, Planning, Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, Law or Engineering. Candidates should confirm the eligibility of their first degree to meet the definition of 'partially qualifying degree'.
