To qualify for award of the degree, the Master of Information and Communication Technology Advanced, a candidate must complete 96 credit points as outlined below:a) 78 credit points of core subjects,b) 18 credit points of elective subjects

Standard entry requirements

Recognised Bachelors degree majoring in information systems, information technology, computer science or related area, and a minimum of 2 years of professional ICT experience at SFIA level 4, for example job titles such as network administrator, web developer, business analyst, software engineer and systems analyst. A detailed description of the professional experience, endorsed by the students former employer, must be provided in the application.

Recognition

The Master of Information and Communication Technology Advanced has advanced professional level accreditation by the Australian Computer Society (ACS).
