The school has around 400 students and offers highly qualified academic staff (30 of whom are IB examiners); small class sizes; intensive evening tutorials; ESL support; career advice (university placement, SAT preparation and testing); and a safe boarding environment.
The Kilmore International School (TKIS) is an independent, non-denominational, coeducational boarding and day school for academically motivated students. Classes are offered from Years 3 to 12, with boarding available from Year 7. In Years 11 and 12 all students undertake the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), an internationally recognised alternative university entrance qualification accepted for entry to leading universities around the world.
