- Or ? A completed recognised Diploma or higher in government or a related area and three years (full-time) experience working in a government role
- Or ? Five years (full-time) experience working in the Public Sector or Justice Professions, with at least 12 months in a policy role
- Or ? Seven years (full-time) experience working in the Public Sector or Justice Profession.
