This program allows graduates to update their skills or to specialise in biomedical, communication, electronic systems or optical engineering. It also offers students the opportunity to prepare for further study in the Master of Electronic Engineering, or the Master of Engineering (By Research). For those with a four-year degree in engineering or science (with an electronics major), the program is a means to expand knowledge and keep up-to-date with developments in these specialist areas.

Structure

Students must complete 120 credit points, including a core subject in engineering practice, and seven electives in areas including biomedical, communications, electronic systems or optical engineering.
