Holmesglen's Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BHM) is a three-year degree for those aspiring to a career in hospitality management. The course provides operational and higher-level management skills, contextualised for hospitality. Students are challenged to collaborate and integrate technology, producing graduates who are confident in today's dynamic workplace. Students get the opportunity to put their learning into practice with two placement opportunities in the final year of study. The range of options open to our graduates is enormous, from positions in major hotels, resorts, commercial catering operations, to restaurants and events management organisations. There are also abundant opportunities for graduates to establish their own businesses.

You can expect to join approximately 150 other students in this course: you'll soon get to know your fellow students and feel part of Holmesglen - and your teachers will know you as an individual.

Standard entry requirements

Prior to enrolment or commencement of training you will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre-training interview. These will assist with determining your suitability to the course, verify your training plan, and identify any learning support needs.

Study pathways

The Bachelor of Hospitality Management can be used to apply for entry to relevant Masters or other post-graduate qualifications.
