This course combines the structure of a business education with focused industry expertise from the arts and cultural sectors. Students will develop strategic marketing skills relating to audience development, branding, market segmentation, promotions and e-marketing. Other areas of study include: event management, cultural policy and its context, strategic planning, volunteer management, fundraising, sponsorship and philanthropy, management of community creative processes, and managing entrepreneurial activity within the creative industries.
