Dr. Tanya Rajdev was born and educated in New Delhi. She completed her Bachelor in Dental Surgery degree at the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. Her program included one year of practical internship and she has completed short term continuing education courses in prosthodontics, endodontics and aesthetic dentistry in New Delhi. Tanya has also written for the dental magazine “Bridge” on subjects of bleaching of teeth, traumatic injuries of teeth in children and infection control in dental practice.
Tanya is committed and enjoys the intricacy and complex nature of her work. She believes that dentistry is a constantly evolving profession, which also meets her passion for learning and problem solving. She would like to be known for her professionalism, effectiveness and commitment to dentistry as well as compassion for her patients.
Tanya has embarked on the Graduate Certificate in Clinical Dentistry program at the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Dentistry as a step towards the Master of Dental Science (Prosthodontics) degree. This will further her understanding and develop her capacity for latest contemporary clinical practices and complex dental care.
Tanya finds the University environment stimulating and welcoming, one which offers encouragement and motivation to international students. Tanya has special appreciation for the understanding and support of the teaching staff.
