Teaching staff are dedicated and professional and are employed because of their ability to understand and teach to the needs and challenges that overseas pupils face on a day-to-day basis.

Stott's Colleges graduates

Stott’s is passionate about supporting the students through VCE or VCAL studies so that the highest possible academic results can be achieved. Students are encouraged to set goals and work towards attaining success through a tailored pastoral care program. Careers counselling is available to all students. Visits to a variety of universities in Melbourne are conducted several times a year and provide opportunities for students to experience first hand what each campus has to offer. Visits are also made to libraries and careers exhibitions and guest speakers from universities and professions are invited to the school to talk with students. Guidance is given to students regarding subject choice and pathways into preferred courses and universities.

Students at Stott’s are given a voice through the Student Representative Council, which meets with the Principal throughout the term. This gives students an opportunity to discuss issues relating to their studies and to living in Melbourne. Students exchange ideas with the Principal allowing the school and the students to work in partnership and create the best possible environment for success.

Stott’s understands that students arrive in Australia with dreams and goals. The Principal and staff are aware that there are many challenges for international students so the school takes seriously their own goal to support students every step of the way. Stott’s Colleges works closely with students to provide an academic and supportive environment, which encourages a successful Australian experience and solid grounding for the future.
