‘Foundation Studies really prepared me for university. It allowed me to focus on my study area of choice, Media and Communication. The pace of learning and guidance given by the Foundation Studies teachers allowed us to grasp the material slowly, but at the same time take on a sense of responsibility. Highlights of the program included the launch of our anthology book, Rush: Stories of the Young and Dangerous; a radio production at SYN FM; and creating and managing an advertising campaign. I am now studying the Bachelor of Communication (Professional Communication) and really enjoying it.’
