Name: Ahmed Al-Romaithi I’m from Abu Dhabi, here on a scholarship from the United Arab Emirates Higher Education Ministry to gain my Bachelor degree in Information Systems Development. I enrolled in the Murdoch University Preparation Course at Murdoch Institute of Technology because a friend told me about the first-class lectures and reputation. Coming to Murdoch Institute was the best decision I made. ‘Welcome to Murdoch Institute’ were the words I heard when I arrived at Administration on my first day and I was greeted with a lovely smile. That was a beautiful beginning. It was a real starting point that encouraged me to do my best. The campus community is a real mix of cultures. I have been able to interact with other students and negotiate with people from other countries. My parents were very grateful to Murdoch Institute staff, who facilitated the way for me and made my difficulties easy. |
