Bachelor of Business - Hospitality Management Programs with its suite of tailor-made hospitality focused business degrees offers a new era of entrepreneurial and executive talent for the hospitality industry. Having strategically developed the following degrees through leading edge research, Le Cordon Bleu offers Bachelor of Business degrees in International Hotel Management & International Restaurant Management.

Master Programs. Le Cordon Bleu Masters Programs have been created for industry professionals seeking career advancements at management and corporate levels within the international hotels, resorts & restaurant business industries.

Undergraduate degrees

The Le Cordon Bleu Bachelor degrees are clearly for those with the driving ambition to be the best. Graduates work in resort management, convention management, sales and marketing, food & beverage department, banqueting, restaurant business consultancy, finance, human resources … these are all creative, high paying ‘lifestyle’ jobs providing scope to travel the world.

The Bachelor of Business degrees are offered over 2½ years – the course is structured on five (5) six-month semesters. (Semesters 2 & 4) are taken up with industry placement (internship).

Advanced entry

Graduates from recognised hospitality institutions, providing evidence of their previous studies and industry experience will be eligible to apply for advanced standing into the degree program.

Postgraduate programs have been developed for industry professionals seeking careers at management and corporate levels within the international hotel and restaurant industry. The Le Cordon Bleu Masters programs are targeted to a niche and growing hospitality industry market sector – international hospitality, hotel management, and gastronomy.

  • Masters of Business Administration– International Hotel & Restaurant Management (1½ yr)

  • Master of International Hospitality Management (2 yrs - includes 6 mths Business Experience Project component)

  • Master of Arts in Gastronomy (1½ years)

University Alliance

  • Bachelor of Business degrees are delivered in association with the University of South Australia

  • Masters in Hospitality are delivered in association with the University of South Australia and conducted on the university’s City West Campus

  • Master of Arts in Gastronomy is delivered in association with the University of Adelaide

Accommodation

All students studying with Le Cordon Bleu in Adelaide are offered accommodation support whilst undertaking their academic studies. Although, the bachelor and master degree programs are non-residential, Le Cordon Bleu has access to on-campus accommodation as well as private rental accommodation and is committed to ensuring accommodation arrangements are secured upon arrival.

English language proficiency

Students commence the programs from overseas will need to achieve a minimum level of English fluency for entry into the:
