Study load and academic support

You’re probably wondering how great a study load you should commit to while you’re travelling. At ICMS you can undertake 3 - 4 subjects during your semester abroad, which is roughly 12-16 hours of class time per week.

Experienced academic staff and counsellors are available at any time to help you settle in and support you throughout your time at ICMS.

What a location!

Sydney is the state capital of New South Wales. This spectacular city of over 4 million people is one of the world’s most liveable cities. An extremely pleasant climate helps; even in mid-winter, temperatures rarely fall below 10ºC, and while mid summer temperatures can occasionally top 36ºC, the average is around 28ºC.

The ICMS campus will take your breath away. Housed in a magnificent heritage listed building with over 100 years of educational history behind it, ICMS overlooks Sydney’s famous Manly Beach and boasts 20 hectares of parkland. Modern residential facilities share this serene location. This safe and peaceful environment for study is just a few minutes walk from Sydney’s magnificent harbour, and the city itself can be reached in 20 minutes aboard a fast ferry.

Naturally, you will want to do and see as much as you can while you’re here. Here are a few of the activities you might like to consider:

How much does the ICMS Study Abroad program cost?

The program, including tuition fees for four subjects, full orientation program, student activity fees, business suit hire and overseas health cover is AUS$9,590 per semester (subject to change). Weekly living costs such as accommodation/rent, meals, entertainment, personal items are additional to this.
