About Us

The University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) is Australia's newest and fastest-growing university.

USC offers flexible degree programs across three faculties: Arts and Social Sciences; Business; Science, Health and Education.

USC's top source regions are North America, Europe and Scandinavia.

An international student population of just over 1,000 represents almost 13.5% of the total student population of around 7,500.

At USC, students have easier access to academic and support staff than students at larger universities.

Location
USC's Sippy Downs campus is in the heart of the Sunshine Coast region. Beautiful beaches, hinterland rainforests and the restaurants, clubs and nightlife of Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland are only 15-20 minutes away. USC students have easy access to vibrant coastal communities, shopping centres and other local attractions. A modern bus interchange at USC services the Sunshine Coast and connects with trains to Brisbane. The Sunshine Coast is also an ideal base for exploring Australia's big cities, the Outback or the Tropics.
