About Us
UTS is recognised for its high performance in research, employability, teaching and infrastructure. The main campus is conveniently located in the centre of Sydney, a modern and cosmopolitan city. World-class facilities
UTS provides students with technologically advanced facilities to support their academic, social and sporting life at university, including 24-hour access to computer labs and one of the most technologically capable libraries in the Southern Hemisphere. Future students can also look forward to a revitalised campus, including the newly completed multi-purpose sports hall with an indoor sports court, a gym, a dance studio, and tutorial and change rooms; on-campus accommodation for 720 students; and great indoor and outdoor study spaces.

UTS offers scholarships for international students, available university-wide or for study in particular faculties. Master in Communication Management
After I finished my bachelor degree I came to Australia as a backpacker to explore the country. I was meant to go back to Denmark, but instead I came to UTS to see if they had a degree for me. I just loved the [Tower] building, I thought it was international. I went down to the cafeteria and saw all these people from different countries and thought I could learn something about culture here. I thought to myself that I could definitely give myself the best possible basis to start my career by studying at UTS. One thing that really stood out was the library. Coming from Denmark, it's different, and sometimes you have to try a little bit harder to find sources. I guess that's what gave me the edge. I got extra sources and just educated myself in various areas. I think UTS has access to more databases than any other university in the world. I'm now with Yahoo!7, a big online publishing company, and I'm a content producer, so I definitely use my skills in writing. I do a lot of editing of the copy and my communication skills are also being tested. I've been with them since November 2011. I was with Ninemsn before that working on a social media strategy. I was able to use the work for my final assignment, so it was a paid internship.
