About Us

In association with Macquarie University, ICMS offers a Study Abroad program with full academic transfer to a student's home institution. Students will receive credits towards their home degree from Macquarie University, ranked in the world's top 200 universities. ICMS is also affiliated with the famous 'Cesar Ritz' College in Switzerland.

ICMS is a truly international college, with over 1000 students from 40 countries around the world, offering not only a study experience, but a cultural experience too.

ICMS is highly regarded by industry professionals and has won many awards in the last decade. Most recently, ICMS was awarded the 2009 Australian Business Awards (ABA) for both Community Contribution and International Trade.

Student Services

Potential students often wonder how they can best balance studying and possible travel plans. At ICMS students can undertake three to four subjects during the semester abroad, which is roughly 12-16 hours of class time per week, leaving plenty of time to explore Australia.

Experienced academic staff and counsellors are available at any time to help students settle in and provide support through the duration of study at ICMS.

The College provides an orientation program designed to introduce students to the ICMS Study Abroad program and life in Sydney.

The ICMS campus is housed in a magnificent heritage-listed building with over 100 years of educational history behind it. ICMS overlooks Sydney's famous Manly Beach and boasts 20 hectares of parkland. Modern residential facilities share this serene location. This safe and peaceful environment for study is just a few minutes walk from Sydney's magnificent harbour, and Sydney's CBD can be reached in 20 minutes aboard a fast ferry.

Naturally, students will want to do and see as much as possible during their time in Australia. Listed below are a few of the activities potential students might like to consider:

How much does the ICMS Study Abroad program cost?
The program, including tuition fees for three or four subjects, full orientation program, student activity fees, business suit and overseas health cover is AUD$9590 per semester (subject to change). Weekly living costs such as accommodation/rent, meals, entertainment, personal items are additional to this.

  • Sydney is the state capital of New South Wales. This spectacular city of over four million people is one of the world's most liveable cities and offers an extremely pleasant climate. Even in mid-winter, temperatures rarely fall below 10ºC; and while mid-summer temperatures can occasionally top 36 degrees, the average is around 28 degrees.
