Student Services
ICMS provides residential accommodation with 177 beds at its beautifully inspiring Manly campus, and ensures a safe, friendly and progressive study environment. Living on campus offers students the benefits of access to library facilities, free wireless internet connection and interactive learning resources. Health and wellbeing are integral parts of life at the ICMS Manly campus, with on-site sporting facilities including a tennis and basketball court. Famous Manly Beach and Sydney Harbour are within walking distance of the College and offer countless opportunities for relaxation and extracurricular activities.
The ICMS campus is situated on Sydney Harbour's North Head overlooking the world famous Manly Beach and Pacific Ocean. The historic site is surrounded by 20 hectares of parklands and has extensive campus facilities. ICMS has not only created an authentic hotel environment for students planning a career in events, tourism, and hospitality, it has also created a complete learning environment for those students planning a career in retail, property, and sport management. There are fully equipped theory classrooms and computer laboratories with 24-hour internet access. The college facilities include a library, quiet study areas, syndicate rooms ideal for group tutorial-type activity and an academic support centre.

Combining theory with practical experience
A cornerstone of the ICMS approach to education is that learning is enhanced when theory is combined with practical experience. Each course is built around real business experiences and developed in conjunction with top professionals to ensure its relevance and value.
Nine months paid industry training
ICMS associate and undergraduate degree courses include nine months (1200 hours) paid industry training during which students can normally expect to earn between AUD$20,000 and $30,000. Diploma students will undertake four months (600 hours) of industry training. This real workplace experience takes place in leading Australian and international businesses selected by the college. Many ICMS students are asked to work full time for their placement employer once they graduate.
The ICMS Industry Training program attracts students from over 40 countries around the world ensuring they are well-placed to forge international careers upon graduation.
Diploma, associate and undergraduate degree intakes for 2010 are in February, May and September.
Masters degree intakes for 2010 are in February and July.
