Our integrated support network includes the Learning Skills Unit, Student Services and the Training, Employment and Career Coaching teams.
Learning Skills Unit (LSU)
The Learning Skills Unit (LSU) is a free service available to you. It provides a relaxed and friendly environment where you can ask questions and seek support for your academic assessment tasks and English language support. The LSU team also provides a range of printed and online resources to further help you meet the demands of their academic programs.

The Student Services team is committed to assisting you in your personal, professional and academic pursuits during your time with CQUniversity. You will benefit and enjoy the services and recreational events offered by them aimed to specifically help you with your transition to university life and promote a welcoming and exciting environment.

Training, Employment and Career Coaching (TECC)
The Training, Employment and Career Coaching (TECC) team can assist you with your career development through a broad range of employment and career oriented services. This service is also available to you for a year from the time you graduate. The service is provided without charge and you will be assisted with tailored coaching, based on your individual goals and needs.
Some of the services on offer include:
-individual assessments;
-career coaching and planning;
-workshops;
-assistance with preparing a job application;
-opportunities to acquire work experience in field of study;
-involvement in community projects and volunteer positions;
-domestic and international networking opportunities;
-professional associations information sessions;

CQUniversity offers the flexibility of studying full-time on-campus or by distance education with the option to fast track your degree by studying during the university optional summer term in October.
For admission into CQUniversity's programs, international applicants must satisfy English language proficiency and academic requirements.
