CME is one of the largest English language centres in Australia, a Centre of Excellence in teaching, and a leader in blended learning - integrating online material into the classroom. CME is also a major accredited IELTS Test Centre and offers a suite of IELTS preparation courses.

CME staff provide a friendly and welcoming environment for our students. CME staff speak over 15 different languages.
Leader in online learning
Students can log into interactive course specific exercises available at CME Online 24/7. There is wireless connection throughout the CME building. After class students can use the CME library which has DVDs, computer programs, CDs, and books.
Convenient location
It is only 20 minutes by train to the centre of Sydney from the Macquarie University train station and there are many buses to other areas of Sydney. A major shopping centre is a five minute walk from the CME building.

CME teachers are highly qualified and all have postgraduate qualifications in English. Over 25 teachers are also IELTS examiners.
University Entry English programs
CME's University Entry English programs are official entry pathways to Macquarie University and SIBT. 96% of all students pass these courses to enter University.
