About Us
The institution was established in 2002 by a group of accomplished professionals and academics. Besides academic training, AMI Education endeavours to assimilate the students into the local community and equip them with the necessary life skills for a sustainable future in the Australian workforce and an enriching career.
AMI Education has been approved to deliver the Skills for Victoria Program. Eligible students for the Skills for Victoria program would need to pay minimal tuition fees per year for their VET course, as the training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government Funding.

Hospitality:
Our hospitality teachers have extensive industry-based experience as Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Chef de Partie, Executive Chef, Chef/Owner in various local and international hotels and restaurants. Many of them have worked in leading restaurants such as those in the Crown Casino Entertainment Complex and other well-known hotels in Victoria (like Park Hyatt Melbourne, Hilton, Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne, The Langham, Melbourne and Le Meridien), New South Wales and overseas. These trainers bring a breadth of experience to the program and through practical, hands-on teaching methods, will share their passion for culinary excellence and creativity with the students.
Community Services Work:
We have a team of highly trained community services work teachers with over 80 years of teaching and professional experience in areas such as Justice, Multicultural Needs, Counseling, Disability, Politics and Program Management.
Personal Attention and Smaller Classes
We have an extensive range of resources at our fingertips to enable us to give personal attention to students to suit individual learning needs and small class sizes to accommodate those who need extra attention. You won't get lost in the crowd. Every student feels welcome, and is part of a lively team focussed on results.
